What is abortion?

Abortion involves the deliberate and direct taking of the innocent life of an unborn child. As with every previous major human rights violation, the legality of abortion comes from the refusal to accept that human rights belong to all members of the human race. The first and most important human right is the right to life, which is God-given.

As history teaches, whether it was with denying human rights to slaves, denying human rights to women, or denying human rights to jews, the premise that human rights should be reserved to a select group of the human race, has never had a positive result.

At the moment of conception, there is a unique human being who has never existed before and will never exist again. A completely unique child, created in the image of god. It would be reasonable to assume that because human life begins at conception, that human rights do too. However, in almost every country in the world, this fundamental truth is not recognized.

Abortion is the easiest human rights violation to overlook, it is done by people wearing white coats with doctorates, out of the public's eye. The abortion industry does not want anybody to see what abortion does because they know that people will recognize what murder looks like when they see it.

Therefore it is incredibly important that we, who are blessed to have survived infancy, stand up and be a voice in defence of innocent unborn children.

There are several different methods that a "doctor" may use to kill an unborn child (that I will go into depth about below.) These include "medication" abortion, suction aspiration, dilation & evacuation, and saline abortion.

All of which directly and intentionally deprive an innocent child of their God-given right to life

Different Methods of abortion

Medical Abortion

A medical abortion uses “medication” to kill a younger fetus, in lieu of a surgical operation. Firstly the mother takes mifepristone, which blocks the action of progesterone (a hormone produced during pregnancy which helps to maintain the lining of the womb). This causes the uterine lining to break down, which effectively cuts off the unborn child's nutrients required for life. About a day or two after, the mother takes misoprostol, which causes the womb to contact, and expel the dead child’s body. It's also important to note, around one in ten women who have taken the abortion pills have had a serious health complication as a result.

Suction Aspiration

A suction aspiration abortion is usually performed on an unborn child up to 14 weeks of gestation. Before the operation, the mother is given local anesthetic and medication to slightly dilate the cervix. Next, a speculum is inserted to make the cervix visible. Then a small tube called a cannula is connected to a strong suction device and inserted into the womb. When suction is applied, the force violently rips the unborn child's body apart, which then travels in small pieces through the cannula and into a medical waste container. Lastly an instrument called a curette is used to scrape the surface of the womb to make sure that nothing remains inside.

Dilation and Evacuation

A dilation and evacuation abortion is a surgical operation commonly performed from the second trimester onwards. Before the operation can begin, the mother's cervix needs to be dilated through a mix of medication and osmotic dilators. The mother is either given pain relief or anesthesia, and a speculum is inserted to make the cervix visible. The doctor then uses forceps to rip the baby’s arms and legs off, before cruising the skull to allow it to fit out. The doctor can either remove the dead baby's body by hand, piece by piece, or through suction. Afterwards the womb is scraped to make sure nothing remains inside.

Saline Abortion

A saline abortion is a late-term abortion method, often used when the Unborn Child is too large that other means of abortion would be too difficult. Firstly a large needle is inserted through the abdomen and into the amniotic sac. Some of the amniotic fluid is withdrawn and replaced by a concentrated saline solution. Over the next day, the unborn child is burnt to the point of death by the saline. The Mother then gives birth to their child’s dead, burnt body. Saline abortions are less commonly used today as many doctors opt for the D&C abortion over it. It's important to note the the unborn child is almost never given any pain relief and is completely capable of feeling the burning of the saline.
